- Provide training and knowledge transfer to upskill your finance staff
- Create a standardised set of procedures that will be expected to be completed every month.
- Review and adjust accounts monthly to create bespoke management accounts, highlighting budget variances and transaction details for the board and trustees
- Help with all Department for Education (DfE) returns, including completing Budget Forecast Returns (BFRO), year-end audits and internal reviews
